You are definitely leaving a legacy already Lisa. 10 kids, 10 families will never forgot the generosity of Lisa Asbell and her team of woman who walked to provide bikes for their kids and them. I know , because I have been there , with Kyleigh as a single mother I didn’t have the means to get her Christmas presents at one point in my life, and I applied for help. I’ll never forgot the guy who dropped off her presents at my doorstep, dressed as Santa. Made her whole

Christmas complete. She had more gifts than I could have imagined. I thought they would bring one or two. She got a whole trash bag full of clothes, and toys,…

I want to continue to help special needs children and parents fight the educational system for equal rights to education and raise the standard of care these children are receiving both from school and medical insurance. I also have a dream to serve on the team of LA, helping it spread through the United States and into different countries expanding the reach to help millions of woman lose weight and be happy and healthy with their bodies and minds.

When I die I hope I am known as an amazing woman, a leader, an advocate , and an inspiration

I too want to continue to serve my world. That brings me joy like nothing else. I am proud to serve on a Board for a not for profit called Camp Good Days and Special Times that provides a real sleepaway camp experience for kids battling cancer. I also serve on a committee that raises funds through a paddle tournament for SIS, a not for profit that provides financial assistance to women battling breast cancer in Rochester, NY. I hope to volunteer at our Susan B. Anthony house as an educator and would love to be a docent at our Art Museum. My problem is I need to focus my lens rather than widen! So glad we were able to…

I'm so glad you posted this, Lisa. Service has become increasingly important to me in any visualization of my future self. Narrowing the focus of my attention, researching and taking first steps are my goals. Current circumstances in our world have changed the ways in which we can be effective, but we can be. For example, I volunteered for years at our county no-kill shelter, but it's been closed since March of this year.

I very much appreciate the things you organize for us, like the 5k and the collection effort during the fires. Every single thing like this helps me to feel that I am moving through life contributing something meaningful and that makes me happy.
