You are a force and you have to force yourself for a while until it all becomes a habit!!!
I did a live earlier today ❤️ About this topic! I wanted to write about it too Incase you miss it.
Its Easy to see people who have what we want and even though it might be easy for them now, it wasn’t always easy!
Keep forcing yourself until it’s all second Nature!! Let me tell you, you will always have to be diligent for the rest of your life! One or two overeats on Vacation and you could slide into old ways!
Thats where daily habits come in... reflection on why ? Maybe you chose to just to have a good time and splurge and if you’re able to 90/10 that, then bravo! ❤️👏👏👏 However, most of us can’t do that until we are really engrained in this new way!! That’s why I say... it might be best to plow through and don’t start all of that. If I splurge, I still don’t go over 2k calories. that’s how I roll!
I had to force myself for months to do it all and stay under 1600 calories! but that’s how the weight melted off -127 in a year.
as you all know, i practiced i tune eating. so there were days of 1,000 calories...
i love the healthy way I lost the weight ❤️ i believe it works for everyone or I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing.
intune eating.... daily practices.... thought 💭 control. Yep. That’s it!!
Have a wonderful weekend! Much love 💕 to you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️
OMG!!! I needed this today. I went down the biggest mudslide. Have been beating myself up because of it. Decided I can keep heading down or start today to dig deeper and get back on the trail upwards and inward. It's not going to be easy! And although I only have 35 to lose its a battle I never win - until now!!! And to do that I need to go deeper and plug in to you and the team more often.
Thank you again Lisa for what you do. Bless you💜
I don't have the desire to break my winning streak! I have pretty ingrained habits now and feel off if any are missing from my morning. I add, refine, etc. but I do love my new life.
How do we know when you are live in Well ? I’m still trying to figure this all out.
Your statement “You are a force and you have to force yourself for a while until it all becomes a habit!!!”, is so true! I have been there before (lost 100lbs) - forcing myself but not in the ‘Lisa’ way, in a resentful way. I say a “resentful way” because I thought of it as a punishment that I could not eat what I really wanted or thought I wanted so I forced myself to stay within 1200 calories. I also looked at exercise as punishment (I was in the gym 5 days a week doing cardio, in addition to working with a trainer 3 of those days) because it was just not ‘my thing’, even though it did ma…
